The nurse called today to inform me that my estrogen was high again (87) and my FSH was 8.5 (supressed, most likely). She said it was good that I was going on the BCPs to get that estrogen down a bit... not sure at this point what the reason is for it to be elevated, maybe a little cyst or two left over from the IVF1? Since we didn't do an ultrasound today I won't know, but I will get more blood work and an U/S before starting stims - so I will know then if everything is responding the way it should.

This tree is so pretty every year! My picture didn't do it justice, it will get dark purple, red, orange, gold and green all at the same time. It must get just the right amount of sun, water, temperatures and nature's magic to produce these colors...

Mario told me I should post this ... I have become addicted to playing solitaire on my iPhone. I find it this mind numbing pointless exercise that is for some reason still fun for me to do. The app has 2 features that I use - "hint" and "undo". The hint gives you a couple possible moves you could do when you think you are stuck. Undo allows me to try a move and then undo it and try another one to see which produces the best results. It occurred to me this morning (to my amusement, and apparently Mario's when I told him) that it would be really handy to have this kind of help and insight in life. "Hmmm... I'm stuck right now, and not sure what to do. Oh, I know, I will ask for a "hint"! How nice would that be? The universe showing you a couple of possible options in slow motion so you can get a little idea on what new moves would open up as a result of the choices given. Or, perhaps even better, you can start down one road - see how things are looking for ya, and if you don't like it, hit undo... and start down that other road you saw. Don't like that one in comparison? No problem... undo, and go back to the first one! Either way, I contend that this would be a nice life app option. :)
