After work I went out to visit the horses and dig drains from their stall runs (oddly therapeutic)... when I was leaving the skies cleared enough to have a lovely rainbow and I managed to catch it with my trimming camera. It's handy to have a camera in the car at all times! (I take it with me to work every day, to document hoof recovery) This pic was taken from the driveway to the place where the horses live. The trees in the foreground are an avocado orchard, for those who have not been to SHI before.
I then snapped this pic on the drive home - the shiny strip of silver in the distance is the ocean. On a really clear day from this road you can also see the islands :)

I know where this spot is and know how great it is even without the miracle of a Rainbow- it was there for you to enjoy as you were w/ our pones to let u know that you were in the exact place u were supposed to be, in that very moment - : ))
