Mario and I got my mom and Peter a room at the Emerald Iguana Inn for Christmas Eve. They needed a break from roommates, cold rooms and uncomfortable beds... and the Emerald Iguana is a magical place where one can imagine being refreshed, renewed and a little bit enchanted too...
We decorated the room a little bit with Christmas lights and champagne to make it festive, and the cold rainy weather adds to the mood I think. :)
The pugs and Dylan got new beds (yeah, I know, I said no gifts this year, but the pets are our kids! ) and I couldn't make them wait to enjoy them. Bailey and Bogey are sooooo squeazable in their flannel jammies!!
We're dogsitting Willy for the night for Mom and Willy has taken a serious liking to the pugs new bed. They're happy to share of course. :)
Tonight we're having our "traditional" Chinese food and wine, while watching movies and snuggling by the fireplace.
